Please note that tuition is not pro-rated. Your monthly tuition payment secures your placement in a specific class and is based on an annual tuition rate that has been evenly divided across the dance year. This means that tuition remains the same each month, regardless of the number of classes in that month (e.g., months with holidays or five weeks).

If a student misses a class, we do not offer tuition refunds or credits. However, students are encouraged to arrange a make-up class with their instructor. Please speak directly with your teacher to schedule an appropriate make-up session.

Tuition will only be pro-rated or credited if a class is cancelled by us and a make-up class cannot be provided.

There are no credits or refunds for missed classes unless expressly approved by your instructor. If you choose to withdraw from a class, there is no penalty; however, tuition already paid is non-refundable.

For your convenience, you have the option to enroll in automatic monthly tuition payments. By choosing this option, your tuition will be automatically charged to your preferred credit card each month.

All credit card information is securely encrypted and stored through our dance studio’s management software, ensuring the safety and privacy of your data.

Enrolling in automatic payments helps simplify your experience by eliminating the need for manual payments at the studio. It also helps us avoid sending payment reminders and prevents the possibility of incurring the $35 late payment fee.

To opt in for automatic billing, please provide your credit card information when completing the registration form.

To withdraw from a class or make changes to your class schedule, we require a 30-day written notice. Without this notice, tuition will continue to be charged, as your child’s spot in the class will be held and considered active.

Please note that any outstanding balances will remain due, and fees in arrears may be assessed. To avoid unnecessary charges, kindly notify us in writing at least 30 days in advance of any schedule changes or withdrawals.
